What it costs
Our fees are flat and agreed before any work starts. Government, welfare fund and application centre fees are separate, paid by you directly to them, and shown on every service page so you can see the real total before you commit.
Nothing is bundled. Nothing is a percentage of anything.

These are not our fees and we never handle them. They are here because almost nobody publishes them in one place, and knowing the real total is the difference between planning and being surprised at a counter.

Do you add the government fee to your bill?
No. You pay every government, welfare fund and application centre fee directly to them. Our fee is separate and flat, and you see both numbers before you decide.
When do I pay?
Before work starts, by card or bank transfer, once we have agreed what you need. There is no deposit and no hourly billing.
What if my file is returned because of a mistake you made?
We redo the preparation at no charge. That is the point of paying someone to check it.
Can you make the government go faster?
No, and nobody else can either. We can make sure nothing on your side adds delay, which in practice is where most lost weeks come from.
